Do you have a tracking number for your shipped items?
All packages will be shipped UNTRACKED from Canada. Packages going anywhere in North America should arrive within 5-10 business days. International packages should arrive within 10-15 business days.
Once your item is shipped, your order will be marked as "dispatched" on Etsy and I am no longer responsible for your package. If you would like your order to be tracked or if you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know before purchase and I will add it to the shipping bill.
